Picks of the Week:
Wink Wink is inaugurating their new lounge space with a Harris Twins show on Friday night. That’s an interesting new place to have live music, to say the least. The Wild Buffalo has two shows featuring former locals with big followings, namely Kuinka and Manatee Commune, and it sounds like the Manatee Commune show might be something of a farewell, which is too bad. Then there’s the big Pace Trumpet extravaganza on Saturday with just an incredible cross section of Bellingham’s jazz/ folk/ roots music scenes, plus poetry, dancing, all kinds of stuff.
What are you looking forward to this week?
I don’t have a new artist of the week lined up for this week. If your band or musical project is new to the Bellingham scene since March of 2020, email bellinghammusicdigest@gmail.com so we can get you profiled!

News and Upcoming Events:
As I mentioned a few weeks back, we’re going to start doing some “Bellingham Music Digest Presents…” local music showcases at the Wild Buffalo on occasional Thursday nights. We should be announcing the December lineup soon. If you are in a band and would like to perform at one of those, email bellinghammusicdigest@gmail.com for the details.
There’s a new open mic night starting up at Snowy River Cocktail Co., so check that out if you’re looking for another opportunity to get up in front of a crowd.
Glitchlette is heading out on a West Coast tour. Great to see some touring starting to happen again.
I’ve added some more songs to the big playlist, check that out if you haven’t already:
